To guarantee timely delivery, please ensure that custom orders are placed **at least 5 weeks in advance**.
A deposit amounting to half of the agreed total will be required to secure your order on the maker's calendar and initiate the creation process. The remaining balance will be due within 24 hours of completion prior to shipping.
